Bill H.906

SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways within the department of environmental quality engineering is hereby authorized and directed to dredge the harbor area surrounding Houghs Neck in Quincy, Massachusetts.

SECTION 2.

Such director shall expend such sums as may be appropriated therefore, such sums not to exceed the total of eight hundred thousand dollars.
