Tarr (by vote of the town) that the town of Newbury be authorized to prohibit use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides in said town. Environment and Natural Resources. Bill H.975

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general law to the contrary, the Town of Newbury may adopt a bylaw restricting the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides on private property in the town of Newbury.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage by the General Court.
