Nguyen (by the vote of the town) for legislation relative to the residency requirement for the town manager of the town of Tewksbury. Municipalities and Regional Government. Bill S.1446

SECTION 1. Section 5A of the charter of the town of Tewksbury, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in the third sentence, the words “ten mile” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “fifty-mile”.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
