Bill SD.3101

SECTION 1. Section 33 of chapter 268 as appearing in the 2022 official edition is hereby amended by inserting line 10 after the word, "revenue" the following:- "or an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof,".

SECTION 2. Said section 33 of said chapter 268 is hereby further amended by striking in line 12-13, the following:- “shall be punished by a fine of not more than four hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year” and inserting the following:- “shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two and one half years".
