SUBSTITUTE FOR
HOUSE BILL NO. 5934
A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled
"Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act,"
(MCL 125.1501 to 125.1531) by adding section 11c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 11c. For an application for a building permit or an 1
additional permit that an applicant submits to the department, if 2
the department fails to grant, in whole or in part, or deny the 3
application within the time periods described in section 11(1), the 4
department shall reimburse to the applicant the fee that the 5
applicant paid to the department under section 10. 6
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect 7
unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are 8
enacted into law: 9
