HOUSE BILL NO. 6069

A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled
"Michigan strategic fund act,"
(MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094) by adding section 15.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 15. Beginning April 1, 2027, the fund shall include in 1
its written agreements provisions for an event of default and 2
clawback of funds for a recipient of funds, including a loan, a 3
grant, or funding or other assistance for a project under this act, 4
if the recipient reports a new listing on the registry described in 5
section 7 of the anti-offshoring accountability act during the term 6
June 10, 2026, Introduced by Reps. O'Neal, DeSana, Brixie and Morgan and referred to Committee
on Economic Competitiveness.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days 2
after the date it is enacted into law. 3

No. 6070 (request no. H02212'25) of the 103rd Legislature is 6
enacted into law. 7
