A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled
"The code of criminal procedure,"
by amending section 14h of chapter XVII (MCL 777.14h), as amended
by 2021 PA 141.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

CHAPTER XVII
Sec. 14h. This chapter applies to the following felonies
enumerated in chapter 445 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:
June 11, 2026, Introduced by Reps. VanderWall, Tisdel and Kuhn and referred to Committee on
Regulatory Reform.
