HOUSE BILL NO. 6123

A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 143.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 143. Every month, the state treasurer shall determine the 1
total amount of funds described in section 142(1)(a) and (b), as 2
applicable. The state treasurer shall provide the amounts to the 3
appropriations committees, the senate and house of representatives 4
appropriations subcommittees on agriculture and rural development, 5
the fiscal agencies, the senate and house of representatives policy 6
June 23, 2026, Introduced by Reps. Skaggs, Price, Arbit, MacDonell, Morgan, Rheingans,
Andrews, Wooden, Hoskins, Tsernoglou, Byrnes, Steckloff, Koleszar, Longjohn, Myers -
