HOUSE BILL NO. 6176

A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled
"Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act,"
(MCL 125.1501 to 125.1531) by adding section 4e.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 4e. (1) Notwithstanding any provision of this act or rule 1
to the contrary, a building or structure that serves as a virtual 2
learning center or a building or structure that contains a virtual 3
learning center must be classified in the business occupancy 4
classification under the code and not in the educational occupancy 5
classification. 6
