A bill for an act relating to education finance; expanding school safety grant eligibility to nonpublic and Tribal contract schools; appropriating money; amending Laws 2023, chapter 55, article 8, section 19, subdivision 2. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Laws 2023, chapter 55, article 8, section 19, subdivision 2, is amended to read: Subd. 2. Building and cybersecurity grant program.
