A bill for an act

relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to the getting

to work grant program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

GETTING TO WORK GRANT PROGRAM; APPROPRIATION.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner

of employment and economic development for the getting to work grant program under

Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.545. Of this amount, up to five percent is for administration

and monitoring of the program.
