A bill for an act relating to medical assistance; requiring an express statement of application to county-based purchasing for a medical assistance modification to apply to county-based purchasing; requiring estimates of local fiscal impacts to counties or groups of counties administering a county-based purchasing plan; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256B.692, by adding a subdivision. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1.
