BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of

children, youth, and families for the parent support outreach program to provide voluntary

early intervention services for families with young children who are experiencing child

maltreatment risk factors but who are not involved in the child protection system.
