BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

(a) A manufacturer of a menstrual product sold,

offered for sale, or distributed in this state that contains intentionally added synthetic

ingredients must disclose on the outer product packaging the synthetic ingredients contained

in the menstrual product.

(b) For purposes of this section, "outer product packaging" means the first product

packaging a consumer sees of a package that contains several individual products.
