BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

(b) As a community organizer, Chavez improved the lives and working conditions of

millions of Latinos nationwide. He dedicated his life to advocating for labor rights, political

literacy for farm workers.
