A bill for an act relating to capital investment; modifying a prior appropriation for capital improvements at Neighborhood House in St. Paul; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 104. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 104, is amended to read: Subd. 104. Wellstone Center 2,150,000 For a grant to the deleted text begin Neighborhood House deleted text end new text begin city of St. Paul new text end to renovate The Wellstone Center in the city of St. Paul. new text begin This appropriation may be used to reimburse the city of St. Paul for costs paid for the project after June 2, 2023, but prior to execution of a grant agreement for the project. new text end new text begin EFFECTIVE DATE. new text end new text begin This section is effective the day following final enactment. new text end
