relating to eminent domain; removing exemptions from eminent domain procedures

for certain takings of property by a watershed district or a drainage authority;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 117.012, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 117.012, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
