A bill for an act

relating to lawful gambling; modifying certain prize and ticket limits; amending

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 349.211, subdivision 2b.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 349.211, subdivision 2b, is amended to read:

Subd. 2b.

Paddlewheel prizes.

a paddle ticket is $70.
