A bill for an act relating to insurance; modifying the effective date for certain provisions governing Medicare supplement insurance; amending Laws 2025, First Special Session chapter 4, article 5, sections 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Laws 2025, First Special Session chapter 4, article 5, section 1, the effective date, is amended to read: EFFECTIVE DATE.
