Local affordable housing aid distribution modification

A bill for an act

relating to taxation; modifying the distribution of local affordable housing aid;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, sections 297A.9925, subdivision 4; 477A.37,

subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 297A.9925, subdivision 4, is amended to

read:

Subd. 4.

Distribution.

Notwithstanding section

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 477A.37, subdivision 3, is amended to read:

account is established in the housing assistance fund. The account consists of
