BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. new text begin ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE; PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY. new text end new text begin Subdivision 1. new text end new text begin Appropriation. new text end new text begin $12,963,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of St. Anthony Village to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a new public safety facility to house the city's police and fire departments, serving the cities of St. Anthony Village, Falcon Heights, and Lauderdale.
