for Accessible Space, Inc.; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 43, is amended to

read:

capital improvements of low-income

accessible housing units located at 1370 Curve

Crest Boulevard in the city of Stillwater;

$416,400 of this appropriation is for a grant

to ASI Roseville, Inc. to construct capital

improvements of low-income accessible

housing units located at 1074 Roselawn

Avenue West in the city of Roseville; and

$300,000 is for a grant to Twin Ports

Accessibility Project, Inc. to construct capital
