BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner

of children, youth, and families for a grant to Minnesota Rally to Read to provide baby brain

builder tool kits to families with newborn children.
