A bill for an act

relating to education; modifying training requirements for school board members;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 123B.09, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 123B.09, subdivision 2, is amended to read:

Subd. 2.

School board member training.
