AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS 1
TO MAINTAIN WRITTEN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR PROVIDING 2

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 5
SECTION 1. The Mississippi Department of Corrections shall 6
maintain written policies and procedures for providing appropriate 7
personal protective equipment to inmates handling cleaning 8
chemicals and supplies. 9
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 10
and after its passage. 11
