AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH OR RECOGNIZE ANY MANDATES, ORDERS, LAWS, DECREES OR DIRECTIVES HANDED DOWN BY ANY ENTITY THAT IS NOT A STATE OR FEDERALLY ELECTED OFFICIAL OR BODY OR A UNITED STATES CITIZEN APPOINTED BY A STATE OR FEDERALLY ELECTED OFFICIAL OR BODY, UNLESS PASSED AS LEGISLATION BY THE MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATORS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI SHALL NOT BE 1

CITIZEN APPOINTED BY A STATE OR FEDERALLY ELECTED OFFICIAL OR 5
BODY, UNLESS PASSED AS LEGISLATION BY THE MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATORS; 6
AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 7
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 8
SECTION 1. The State of Mississippi shall not be required to 9
comply with or recognize any mandates, orders, laws, decrees or 10
directives handed down by any organization, commission or other 11
entity that is not a state or federally elected official or body, 12
or a United States citizen appointed by a state or federally 13
elected official or body, unless such mandates, orders, laws, 14
decrees or directives handed down by such entities are voted on 15
and passed as legislation by the Mississippi Legislature. 16
For purposes of this section, such organizations, commissions 17
or other entities include, but are not limited to, international 18
health and medical organizations, international security 19
organizations, international military organizations, international 20

financial organizations, and international monetary organizations 21

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 23
and after July 1, 2026. 24
