AN ACT TO DIRECT THE STATE FISCAL OFFICER TO TRANSFER 1
$10,017,755.00 FROM THE CAPITAL EXPENSE FUND TO THE MISSISSIPPI 2
MAIN STREET REVITALIZATION GRANT FUND UPON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF 3
THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 5
SECTION 1. Upon the effective date of this act, the State 6
Fiscal Officer shall transfer the sum of Ten Million Seventeen 7
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-five Dollars ($10,017,755.00) from 8
the Capital Expense Fund (Fund No. 6499C00000) to the Mississippi 9
Main Street Revitalization Grant Fund (Fund No. 6615200000). 10
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 11
and after its passage. 12
