AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE MISSISSIPPI DEVELOPMENT 1
AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING GRANTS UNDER THE MISSISSIPPI 2
MAIN STREET REVITALIZATION GRANT PROGRAM TO CERTAIN MAIN STREET 3
DESIGNATED COMMUNITIES FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS FOR THE PERIOD 4
BEGINNING UPON THE PASSAGE OF THIS ACT AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2027. 5
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 6
SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be 7
necessary, is appropriated out of any money in the Mississippi 8
Main Street Revitalization Grant Program Fund not otherwise 9
appropriated, to the Mississippi Development Authority for the 10
purpose of making grants under the Mississippi Main Street 11
Revitalization Grant Program established under Sections 57-78-1 12
through 57-78-5, Mississippi Code of 1972, to certain Main Street 13
Designated Communities for the projects described in Section 2 of 14
this act, for the period beginning upon the passage of this act 15
and ending June 30, 2027............................ $ 9,821,328.00 16
SECTION 2. The funds appropriated by Section 1 of this act 17
shall be distributed by the Mississippi Development Authority as 18
