HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 363 IN 3
ITAWAMBA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "JAKOB EDWARD KINDT MEMORIAL 4
HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF U.S. HIGHWAY 45 LOCATED IN 5

JOSHUA ABBOTT MEMORIAL HIGHWAY; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF 8
MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 7 LOCATED IN GRENADA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS 9
THE "ROBERT NOAH MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 10
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 11
SECTION 1. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 370 12
located in Itawamba County, Mississippi, beginning at the 13
Lee-Itawamba County Line, and extending in the easterly direction 14
to its intersection with Houston-Palestine Road in Itawamba 15
County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the 16
"Roger Campbell Memorial Highway." 17
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 18
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 19
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 20
SECTION 2. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 363 21
located in Itawamba County, Mississippi, beginning at its 22

intersection with Centerville Road, and extending in the 23
northwesterly direction to its intersection with Hall Road in 24
Itawamba County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as 25
the "Jakob Edward Kindt Memorial Highway." 26
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 27
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 28
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 29
SECTION 3. (1) The segment of U.S. Highway 45 located in 30
Baldwyn, Prentiss County, Mississippi, beginning one-half (1/2) 31
mile south of its intersection with Mississippi Highway 30 and 32
terminating at a location one-half (1/2) mile to the north of its 33
intersection with Mississippi Highway 30 in Baldwyn, Prentiss 34
County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the 35
"Chief Warrant Officer 4 Bryan Andrew Zemek and Chief Warrant 36
Officer 4 Derek Joshua Abbott Memorial Highway." 37
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 38
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 39
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 40
SECTION 4. (1) A segment of Mississippi Highway 7 located 41
in Grenada County, Mississippi, and extending for a distance of 42
approximately one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as 43
the "Robert Noah Memorial Highway." The Board of Supervisors of 44
Grenada County shall provide the points of beginning and 45
termination of the designated segment to the Mississippi 46

Department of Transportation within forty-five (45) days after the 47
effective date of this act. 48
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 49
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 50
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 51
SECTION 5. This act shall take effect and be in force from 52
and after July 1, 2026. 53
