AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE UNION COUNTY HERITAGE MUSEUM AS THE 1
OFFICIAL STATE BARBEQUE MUSEUM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 3
SECTION 1. The Union County Heritage Museum is designated as 4
the official state barbeque museum. 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 6
and after July 1, 2026. 7
