AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 28 OF CHAPTER 549, LAWS OF 2023, AS 1
AMENDED BY SECTION 1 OF CHAPTER 510, LAWS OF 2024, TO AUTHORIZE 2
THE FUNDS PROVIDED TO THE TOWN OF D'LO FOR CERTAIN ROAD PROJECTS 3
TO BE USED FOR OTHER STREETS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 5
SECTION 1. Section 28 of Chapter 549, Laws of 2023, as 6
amended by Section 1 of Chapter 510, Laws of 2024, is amended as 7
follows: 8
Section 28. Monies transferred pursuant to Sections 1 and 3 9
of this act into the 2023 Local Improvements Projects Fund shall 10
be disbursed by the Department of Finance and Administration, 11
pursuant to the authority granted by the department's 12
appropriation bill, Senate Bill No. 3043, 2023 Regular Session, to 13
spend those monies, as follows: 14
