SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO 4
THE JUNIOR AUXILIARY OF PASCAGOULA-MOSS POINT; AND FOR RELATED 5
PURPOSES. 6
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 7
SECTION 1. Chapter 941, Local and Private Laws of 2022, is 8
amended as follows: 9
Section 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, 10
Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds annually in 11
an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), out of 12
any available county funds, to the Junior Auxiliary of 13
Pascagoula-Moss Point, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated 14
to community improvement by meeting the needs of children, youth 15
and families. 16
(2) The provisions of this section shall be repealed on July 17

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 19
and after its passage. 20
