HOUSE BILL NO. 4115

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF 1
HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO ENTER INTO A LONG-TERM LEASE 2
AGREEMENT FOR A TERM NOT TO EXCEED 30 YEARS FOR THE LEASING OF 3
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 5
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of 6
Hattiesburg, Mississippi, are authorized, in their discretion, to 7
enter into a long-term lease agreement for a term not to exceed 8
thirty (30) years for the leasing of city-owned property. 9
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 10
and after its passage. 11
