HOUSE BILL NO. 4168

AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO JOHN NESKOROSCHENY 1
OF HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 3
SECTION 1. The right of suffrage is hereby fully and 4
completely restored to John Neskoroscheny of Hinds County, 5
Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his 6
conviction for the crime of Strong-Armed Robbery in Pearl River 7
County, on May 29, 2008, for which he was sentenced to serve ten 8
(10) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of 9
Corrections. 10
He was released to Earned Release Supervision on March 6, 11
2012, and discharged on October 15, 2012. The Legislature is 12
informed that he has since conducted himself as a law-abiding and 13
honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner. 14
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 15
and after its passage. 16
