AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF 1
BOLIVAR COUNTY TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE 2
CONSTRUCTION, FURNISHING, EQUIPPING, EXPANSION, REPAIR AND 3
RENOVATION OF AND UPGRADES, IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO 4
BUILDINGS, FACILITIES, PROPERTY, ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE AT AND 5
NEAR RICHARD M. COLEMAN, SR. RECREATIONAL PARK IN THE COUNTY FOR 6
THE FISCAL YEAR 2027. 7
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 8
SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be 9
necessary, is appropriated out of any money in the State General 10
Fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Board of Supervisors of 11
Bolivar County, Mississippi, to assist in paying costs associated 12
with the construction, furnishing, equipping, expansion, repair 13
and renovation of and upgrades, improvements and additions to 14
buildings, facilities, property, roads and infrastructure at and 15
near Richard M. Coleman, Sr. Recreational Park in the county for 16
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027 17

SECTION 2. The money appropriated by this act shall be paid 19
by the State Treasurer out of any money in the State General Fund 20

not otherwise appropriated, upon warrants issued by the State 21
Fiscal Officer; and the State Fiscal Officer shall issue his or 22
her warrants upon requisitions signed by the proper person, 23
officer or officers in the manner provided by law. 24
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from 25
and after July 1, 2026. 26
