AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF 1
YAZOO COUNTY TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING 2
CRITICAL REPAIRS TO STREETS AND ROADS OF THE COUNTY THAT ARE IN 3
DIRE CONDITION AND REQUIRE IMMEDIATE REPAIR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 6
SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be 7
necessary, is appropriated out of any money in the State General 8
Fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Board of Supervisors of 9
Yazoo County, Mississippi, to assist in paying costs associated 10
with making critical repairs to streets and roads of the county 11
that are in dire condition and require immediate repair for the 12
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027...... 13

SECTION 2. The money appropriated by this act shall be paid 15
by the State Treasurer out of any money in the State General Fund 16
not otherwise appropriated, upon warrants issued by the State 17
Fiscal Officer; and the State Fiscal Officer shall issue his or 18

her warrants upon requisitions signed by the proper person, 19

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from 21
and after July 1, 2026. 22
