AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF U.S. HIGHWAY 98 LOCATED IN 1
GREENE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "MICHAEL ROBBINS MEMORIAL 2
HIGHWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 4
SECTION 1. (1) The segment of U.S. Highway 98 located in 5
Greene County, Mississippi, commencing at the Chickasawhay River 6
Bridge and extending north for approximately one (1) mile, is 7
designated and shall be known as the "Michael Robbins Memorial 8
Highway." 9
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 10
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 11
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 12
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 13
and after July 1, 2026. 14
