AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 69-5-114, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, 1
TO EXPAND THE LIST OF FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN 2
ORGANIZATIONS FOR LIMITED USE AT NO CHARGE; AND FOR RELATED 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 5
SECTION 1. Section 69-5-114, Mississippi Code of 1972, is 6
amended as follows: 7
69-5-114. In any livestock facility constructed, renovated 8
or expanded with funds from the grant program authorized under 9
Section 18, Chapter 530, Laws of 1995, and the Mississippi Trade 10
Mart, Mississippi Coliseum, Kirk Fordice Equine Center, 11
Mississippi State Fairgrounds and related livestock and equine 12
barns, stalls and all other facilities, the members of the Future 13
Farmers of America, the 4-H Club, the Junior Livestock 14
Association, the Mississippi Cattlemen's Association and the 15
United States Pony Club, Inc., may hold up to three (3) animal or 16
livestock shows * * *, sales or other events per year per facility 17
at no charge for use of the facility or for utilities. 18
