MERIDIAN, LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "'MISS POLLY' 26
GLOVER HEIDELBERG BOULEVARD"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 27
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 28
SECTION 1. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 550 29
located in Lincoln County, Mississippi, commencing at its 30

intersection with Caseyville Road and extending west for a 31
distance of approximately one (1) mile, is designated and shall be 32
known as the "Lamar Smith Memorial Highway." 33
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 34
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 35
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 36
SECTION 2. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 46 37
located in Webster County, Mississippi, commencing at the Webster 38
County line and extending westerly for a distance of approximately 39
one (1) mile toward the Village of Mantee, Webster County, 40
Mississippi, and terminating at its intersection with Main Street, 41
is designated and shall be known as the "Joe Eddie Lofton Memorial 42
Highway." 43
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 44
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 45
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 46
SECTION 3. (1) The segment of Interstate 20 Frontage Road 47
located in Hinds County, Mississippi, in the City of Jackson, 48
commencing at its intersection with East McDowell Road and 49
extending north and east for a distance of approximately one (1) 50
mile to its intersection with South Gallatin Street, is designated 51
and shall be known as the "Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Marg Road." 52
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 53
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 54
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 55

SECTION 4. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 322 56
located in Quitman County, Mississippi, commencing at its 57
intersection with Black Road and extending east for a distance of 58
approximately one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as 59
the "James 'Jimmy' Clark Memorial Highway." 60
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 61
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 62
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 63
SECTION 5. (1) A segment of Mississippi Highway 16 located 64
in Kemper County, Mississippi, the specification of its points of 65
commencement and terminus to be determined by the Kemper County 66
Board of Supervisors and thereafter communicated to the 67
Mississippi Department of Transportation, such segment extending a 68
distance of one (1) mile, shall be designated and known as the 69
"Samuel Tisdale, Sr., Memorial Highway." 70
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 71
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 72
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 73
SECTION 6. (1) A segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located 74
in Neshoba County, Mississippi, the specification of its points of 75
commencement and terminus to be determined by the Neshoba County 76
Board of Supervisors and thereafter communicated to the 77
Mississippi Department of Transportation, such segment extending a 78
distance of one (1) mile, shall be designated and known as the 79
"Dustin Pope Memorial Highway." 80

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 81
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 82
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 83
SECTION 7. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 19 84
located in Lauderdale County, Mississippi, commencing at a point 85
approximately three hundred (300) feet north of its intersection 86
with Water Valley Road and extending north for a distance of one 87
(1) mile, is designated and shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant 88
Michael Alan Greer Memorial Highway." 89
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 90
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 91
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 92
SECTION 8. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 6 located 93
in Panola County, Mississippi, and Lafayette County, Mississippi, 94
commencing at a point one-half (1/2) mile west of the 95
Panola/Lafayette County line and extending east for a distance of 96
one (1) mile to a point one-half (1/2) mile east of the 97
Panola/Lafayette County line, is designated and shall be known as 98
the "Robert H. 'Bob' Dunlap Memorial Highway." 99
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 100
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 101
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 102
SECTION 9. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 336 103
located in Pontotoc County, Mississippi, in the Town of Thaxton, 104
commencing at its intersection with Hunter Road and extending east 105

for a distance of one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known 106
as the "O'Neil Warren Memorial Highway." 107
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 108
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 109
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 110
SECTION 10. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 490 111
located in Winston County, Mississippi, commencing at its 112
intersection with Mississippi Highway 397 and extending east for a 113
distance of one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as the 114
"Robert Moody, Jr., Memorial Highway." 115
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 116
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 117
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 118
SECTION 11. (1) The bridge on U.S. Highway 61 that spans 119
Liberty Road in Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi, is designated 120
and shall be known as the "Larry L. 'Butch' Brown, Sr., Memorial 121
Bridge." 122
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 123
and maintain an appropriate plaque at each end of the bridge, and 124
suitable markers along and approaching the bridge, described in 125
subsection (1) of this section. 126
SECTION 12. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 19 127
located in Lauderdale County, Mississippi, in the City of 128
Meridian, commencing at its intersection with U.S. Highway 11 129
Frontage Road and extending north for a distance of approximately 130

one (1) mile to its intersection with 8th Street, is designated 131
and shall be known as the "'Miss Polly' Glover Heidelberg 132
Boulevard." 133
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect 134
and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment 135
of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. 136
SECTION 13. This act shall take effect and be in force from 137
and after July 1, 2026. 138
