BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: 9
SECTION 1. Chapter 901, Local and Private Laws of 2022, is 10
amended as follows: 11
Section 1. The governing authorities of the City of Natchez, 12
Mississippi, are authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to 13
contribute an amount not * * * more than * * * One Hundred Fifty 14
Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) each fiscal year to Natchez, Inc., 15
a Mississippi nonprofit corporation organized for economic 16
development purposes. 17
Section 2. The Board of Supervisors of Adams County, 18
Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to 19
contribute an amount not * * * more than * * * Two Hundred 20
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) each fiscal year to 21

Section 3. This act shall be repealed from and after July 24

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from 26
