A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING THE INGOMAR 1
ATTENDANCE CENTER LADY FALCONS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TEAM AND HEAD 2
COACH ANDY WILBANKS FOR THEIR CLASS 1A 2025 CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON. 3
WHEREAS, the Ingomar Attendance Center Lady Falcons Girls 4
Volleyball Team had already proven themselves in the 2025 regular 5
season, and they did not miss a beat in the playoffs. They 6
defeated Ethel with a sharp 3-0 win on October 17, 2025. The 7
victory was familiar territory for the Lady Falcons who have won 8
16 matches in a row; and 9
WHEREAS, Ingomar's game kept improving. The team won each 10
set by more points than the last. The match finished with set 11
scores of 25-22, 25-21, and 25-17; and 12
WHEREAS, the team competes in MHSAA 1A/2A volleyball, with a 13
roster often composed of players from 8th to 12th Grade: Abigail 14
Miller, Ansley Robbins, Daylen Grisham, Libby Tolbert, Lexi 15
McLarty, Briley Stout, Bella Phifer, Rebecca Ball, Mallory 16
Mathews, Rivers Ashley, Ella Hart Wilbanks, Makynlee Dillard, 17
Lorabell Faulkner, Isabelle Edwards, Tyrani Jones, Baylee Glasson, 18

MISSISSIPPI, That we do hereby commend and congratulate the 25
Ingomar Attendance Center Lady Falcons Girls Volleyball Team and 26
Head Coach Andy Wilbanks for their Class 1A 2025 Championship 27
season, and extend to the team, coaches, parents and sponsors our 28
best wishes for future success. 29
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution be presented to 30
Head Coach Andy Wilbanks, forwarded to Ingomar Principal Grant 31
Goolsby and the Union County Board of Education, and made 32
available to the Capitol Press Corps. 33
