AN ACT
T o amend chapter 1, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to foreign ownership
of electrical corporations.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 1.520, to read as follows:
1.520. No for eign entity , nor any of its subsidiaries, shall own or operate an
2 electrical corporation, as such term is defined in section 386.020, within the state of
3 Missouri.
