AN ACT
T o amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to awareness of
certain pediatric disorders.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 9.502, to read as follows:
9.502. Mar ch twenty-sixth of each year is her eby designated as "Pediatric Acute-
2 Onset Neur opsychiatric Syndr ome (P ANS)/Pediatric Autoimmune Neurop sychiatric
3 Disorder Associated with Str eptococcus (P ANDAS) A ware ness Day". The citizens of
4 this state are encouraged to participate in appr opriate events and activities to raise
5 P ANS/P ANDAS awar eness.
