(1) On a monthly basis, the administration of each school district and charter school
24 shall report to the school board or governing board all acts of bullying, acts of school violence or
25 violent behavior, and crimes that occurred.
Such report shall include the results of all bullying
26 investigations and any responses including, but not limited to, a description of any interventions,
27 initiatives, techniques, or discipline provided to all individuals involved in the incident.

2 Line 2, by inserting after all of said section and line the following:

4 "160.534.
For fiscal year 1996 and each subsequent fiscal year, any amount of the
5 excursion gambling boat proceeds deposited in the gaming proceeds for education fund in excess
6 of the [amount] amounts transferred to the school district bond fund as provided in section
7 164.303 and the strengthening HBCUs fund as provided in section 173.1030 shall be transferred
8 to the classroom trust fund.
Such moneys shall be distributed in the manner provided in section
9 163.043."; and

11 Further amend said bill, Page 6, Section 160.775, Line 169, by inserting after all of said section
12 and line the following:
