AN ACT
T o amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to election judges and
poll workers appreciation day .
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 9.410, to read as follows:
9.410. Mar ch sixteenth each year is hereb y designated as "Election Judges and
2 Poll W orkers Appr eciation Day" in Missouri. The citizens of this state ar e encouraged
3 to participate in appr opriate events and activities to thank and celebrate the election
4 judges and poll workers who ensur e the functioning of our rep ublic.
