2 Lines 47-48, by deleting all of the said lines and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

5 (15) The right for a k-12 parent or guardian to obtain information regarding his or her
6 child's screen time and instructional technology use and the process for a parent or guardian to
7 limit or eliminate his or her child's screen time and instructional technology use;
8 (16) The right for a parent or guardian to opt out of the use of technology for state
9 mandated reading screening required under section 167.645, state mandated testing required
10 under section 160.518 and beginning in the 2027-28 school year student screen time and student
11 use of instructional technology to not be used as the primary component of any core curriculum
12 course; and
13 (17) To view a publicly available, readily identifiable, and easily accessible"; and

15 Further amend said bill by amending the title, enacting clause, and intersectional references
