AN ACT
T o authorize the conveyance of certain state property .
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. 1. The governor is hereb y authorized and empowere d to sell, transfer ,
2 grant, convey , r emise, release, and for ever quitclaim all inter est of the state of Missouri
3 in pro perty located in the city of Harrisonville, Cass County , Missouri. The prop erty to
4 be conveyed is mor e particularly described as follows:
5 A part of Lot One (1) of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, T ownship 44, Range
6 31, Harrisonville, Cass County , Missouri described as follows: Beginning at the
7 Northeast corner of that tract of land described in deed of record in Book 558,
8 Page 396 of the Recorder of Deeds Office, Cass County , Missouri, and being on
9 the North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 268.55 feet from the Northwest Corner
10 of said Lot 1; run thence North 89 degr ees 36 minutes 50 seconds W est along the
11 North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 200 feet; run thence South 0 degrees 12
12 minutes 00 seconds W est a distance of 435 feet to a point; thence South 89

7 point on the North line of said quarter -section 434.94 feet East of the Northwest
