7 Further amend said bill, Page 5, Section 211.071, Line 1, by inserting after the number "1." the
8 number "(1)"; and

10 Further amend said bill, page, and section, Lines 2-3, by deleting said lines and inserting in lieu
11 thereof the following:

13 "fourteen and eighteen has committed an offense that would be considered a class A or B felony,
14 felony under chapter 566, or two felony offenses committed within one hundred eighty days of
15 each other, if committed by an adult, the court may, upon its own motion or upon motion by the
16 juvenile"; and

18 Further amend said bill, page, and section, Line 23, by inserting after said line the following:

20 "(2) The moving party shall be solely responsible for all duties enumerated under this
21 section.
If the juvenile officer forwards to the prosecutor a class A or B felony that is not
22 certified by the juvenile officer, the prosecutor shall notify the juvenile officer within thirty days
23 of the decision to certify the case."; and

25 Further amend said bill and section, Page 6, Line 52, by deleting the word "all" and inserting in
26 lieu thereof the words "legally sufficient"; and

28 Further amend said bill, page, and section, Lines 57-58, by deleting the words "reportable under
