2 by inserting after all of said line the following:

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any individual seeking to
5 access a public restroom on the house side of the Missouri capitol shall first present themselves
6 in person to the speaker of the house of representatives for physical inspection and verification
7 prior to entry to the public restroom.
Such physical inspection of the individual seeking to
8 access a public restroom on the house side of the Missouri capitol shall be conducted in a
9 manner determined solely at the discretion of the speaker of the house of representatives, and no
10 individual seeking such access shall be permitted entry to the public restroom absent express
11 authorization.
