  • 3175, Page 1, Section 301.287, Line 5, 2 by deleting the phrase "motor vehicle license plate number" and inserting in lieu thereof the 3 phrase "driver's license issued under chapter 302 and motor vehicle license plate or plates issued 4 under this chapter"; and 5 6 Further amend said bill and section, Pages 1-2, Lines 18-20, by deleting the phrase "notify the 7 Missouri state highway patrol of the resident's approved application and the highway patrol shall 8 prepare an entry in the Missouri uniform law enforcement system (MULES)" and inserting in 9 lieu thereof the phrase "prepare an entry in the department's records that is accessible to law 10 enforcement via MULES and"; and 11 12 Further amend said bill and section, Page 2, Line 22, by deleting the words "Such entry" and 13 inserting in lieu thereof the following: 14 15 " Such entry as related to the applicant’s driver’s license shall remain active until the expiration 16 of their driver’s license.
